Who looks at the Agenda for the Kennel Club Agility Liaison Council Meeting!
Trouble is it does affect us all so I thought I would let you have some information about what they are going to discuss.

The Activities Sub Committee has asked the Council to develop the Code of Conduct ‘further’. I must have missed that one, I didn’t know we had a Code of Conduct. Must ask Pauline and Mike, or reps.
Lots of bits in the paper to be discussed. As I already said - Dogs should not be left unattended and un-tethered in the garden areas'! Also, No toys/balls/etc to be thrown in the Exercise Area and Handlers under 14 must not queue with dogs without adult supervision. Have a look. More
They are then going to have a look at the 'Five Year Strategy' and the two items which have been prioritised are:
- To seek a method to attract unknown clubs to become registered with the Kennel Club
- To ensure members in an agility team even all train a the same club.
I can't help feeling that in the whole scheme of things in agility there must be more important issues but.........
A proposal from Mr Tait, a private individual, suggesting that the Pause Box, Table and Pipe Tunnel be withdrawn is to be discussed. Can't remember the last time I saw them in anything but a fun class.
The International Agility Festival and the Judges Working Party reports are also on the agenda. So there you go.
