A Strategic Plan has been developed (not sure by whom yet, still trying to find out!!) and hopes to look at:
The emergence of independent shows
The ‘sale’ of KC licences to independent organisers
The management of show size How to control class size and entries in an event open to all
Lack of winter Shows
Falling levels of membership of KC registered clubs
Future economic conditions and travel costs

In the recommendations there is a list of a whole number of new types of shows:
Championship Agility Shows
Premier Open Agility Shows
Open Agility Shows
Limited Agility Shows
Games Agility Shows
