Entry Fee Refunds - Notice to Competitors (The information below has been received from Wilmslow Dog Training Club)
Firstly, please accept our apologies for having to cancel the Wilmslow Agility Show which was to be held on Saturday, 9th January 2010. The Show was cancelled due to the extreme weather conditions (heavy snow fall and ice on untreated surfaces). I’m sure those affected by the extreme weather will sympathise and understand just why the Show had to be cancelled.
We now want to move on and get refunds sorted, and sent out, to people as quickly as possible. Our refund policy is as per Schedule - see under KC Rules & Regulations (28) - and is as follows:-
“In the event that the show is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, Wilmslow DTC will refund fees, less reasonably incurred expenses, on receipt of a stamped, addressed envelope submitted within 1 month of the Show date.”
If you require an appropriate refund of your entry fee(s), please can you send a stamped addressed envelope to June Moore, 10 Croft Road, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 6JJ.
Please note your stamped addressed envelope must reach us by 9th February 2010 to be eligible for an appropriate refund.
Any unclaimed entry fees will be donated to animal charities of our choice.
