Hire training rings on Tuesday or Thursday at 'The Bit in the Middle' and maybe later on Wednesday afternoon. Get yourself ready for Barrow Show - as easy as that..........

On Tuesday you can hire one of the rings, in blocks of an hour, for your own/group training. It will cost you £10 for up to 4 people and £3 per person over 4. You will be asked to sign a disclaimer and will be totally responsible for yourselves and the equipment.
On Thursday and later on Wednesday afternoon, some rings will be available, listen to the tanoy announcements.
