Our Show 2006  -  We Raised Even More For Our Charity

This year we raised £1105.55 for Sue Jones’ RSPCA rescue, even more than we raised last year!

 

Sue take all the RSPCA collies, and she also takes cruelty cases of all breeds, also litters of puppies of all breeds, and ‘difficult’ dogs of all breeds – aggressive fighters & biters. She will put the money to good effect.

We raised money through the infamous Barrow raffle which featured prominently again this year with 80 prizes, many donated by competitors at the show. There are still some prizes unclaimed including a CD player, wine and a Walkman. Have a look on the 'Did you win a Raffle Prize' page to see if you are a winner.

We also had the gate quiz which raised even more money by recycling the entry forms! If you want to see the answers they are on the Quiz page. We also sold Pat's home made jam and managed to recycle one of the pots - every penny counts!
