The Advanced Group consists of members who are competing at every level and is co-ordinated by
Barbara (Deke) Adams, who has considerable experience of agility. |

The Advanced Group work to improve their
handling skills, so that the dogs are truly
focused on listening to and watching, their
handlers and are a winning teams!

Body language, positioning of the handler
in relation to obstacles and turns, and sign
language, are all important in getting the
dog to its best potential.
Constant repetition is also needed, even
on basic things, to help the dog, and handler,
learn all that is required so that a bond grows
between them leading to great fun, as well as, hopefully, much success in competitions. |

Established members help new competitors enter shows, and of course support and encourage them on the competition day.
The whole group is responsible for helping each other train and improve. |
