 | BARROW SAY GOODBYE TO
THE WESTMORLAND SHOW GROUND.............................................................Sadly, Barrow Club will not be holding any further shows at the Westmorland Show Ground. As a club, we recognise that over the years the Show has become too big for us, as a small club, to manage to the standard we would wish, and we’ve decided to bow out now rather than let the standards slip. We have had a happy relationship and a good spirit of co-operation with Lune over the years, and we would like to thank them for all their support. Thanks also to everyone who has worked hard for us and helped to make our Show and ‘The Bit in the Middle’ successful – we couldn’t have done it without you all. Barrow will not be running a Show next year, but who knows what will happen in the future! |
